Please fogive the basic nature of the layout as I have focused on getting the functionality working before the look and feel.
using this site couldn't be simpler if you are looking for a fixture, then first do a search to see if there is a suitable request available. Click the search button, add the dates from and to, select an area (or search all areas0, select an age, select venue home away all etc, and select the sport. I have built this to allow expansion if needed.
Once you search you will get a list of anything suitable. if nothing is suitable then register, and add your own fixture request.
